Nagpur: In a heinous act, a 22-year old pervert boy raped a 7-year old girl on the pretext of giving her wheat flour. The lewd accused has been arrested.
According to police, the 22-year old accused Akash Jaiswal, resident of Kalamna area, lured the 7-year old innocent girl of the same area with giving her wheat flour. The accused Akash Jaiswal, with nefarious design in his crooked mind, took the girl to his house and raped her around 10.30 pm on Sunday.
On being informed by the girl about heinous act of accused Akash, her relative registered a case against the accused in this regard.
Kalamna API Pawar booked the accused Akash Jaiswal under Section 376(2)(I) of IPC read with Sub-Sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and placed him under arrest.
