Nagpur: Two minor girls, one from Shradhanand Anathalaya, have reportedly been kidnapped in the past 24 hours. Cops have launched a massive search to trace the girls.
A 12-year old girl, an inmate of Shradhanand Anathalaya, was lured by an unidentified person between 3 pm and 6 pm on Monday (March 28) and taken away. Since then the girl has gone missing. All efforts to find the kid at all possible places yielded no result. Finally, Lalita Santosh Gawande of Shradhanand Anathalaya lodged a complaint with Pratapnagar police in this regard.
Similarly, a 14-year old girl, resident of Kalamna, left her home around 11 am on Tuesday without informing anybody in the family. Since then the girl has gone missing.
Pratapnagar and Kalamna police, following the Supreme Court orders, have registered the cases under Section 363 of the IPC and have mounted a search to trace the girls.
