Nagpur: Close on the heels of a man raping his friend’s two minor daughters, a juvenile boy was detained by Kalamna police on the charges of sexually exploiting two girls, both aged 5. The victimised girls are neighbours of the juvenile accused.
Father of one of the girls told police that the accused juvenile boy raped his 5-year old daughter and another neighbouring 5-year old girl around 3.30 am on Tuesday. The criminally minded juvenile committed the heinous crime at odd hours probably not to get caught.
Kalamna API Pawar, based on the complaint, booked the accused under Section 376(F) of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 4, 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and detained him for further investigation.
