Nagpur News : An elderly man succumbed to his injuries on Monday who was hit by a speedy and uncontrolled motorcyclist on Sunday. Sakkardara Police have launched massive search for the motorcyclist.
On Sunday night at around 10 pm, Suresh Bhaskar Rajuriya was walking down Umrer Road, near Spanco Office with his pet dog when an uncontrolled and speedy motorcyclist (MH 49 Q 220) hit him. Suresh fell on the ground while the motorcyclist sped away from the spot fearing public wrath. Suresh was taken to Government Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
But he was declared dead on Monday night after preliminary treatment. Police registered an offence under Section 279, 304 (a), read with Sub Sections 134 and 177 of the MPA.
