Nagpur News : Wadi police arrested a man for establishing physical relation with a girl without her consent. The accused Manoj Tejram Bhope (35) is a resident of Suraksha Nagar, Datta Wadi.
Police said that the 21-year-old victim met the accused Manoj Bhope in November 2012. Soon, their friendship turned into an affair. The victim, in her complaint, said that Manoj established was intimate with her without her consent between November 2012 and February 2014. Manoj also made her abort her child when she got pregnant with his child.
Wadi police have pressed charges of rape against Manoj under Sections 376 (1), 417, and 312 of the IPC and arrested Manoj.
